We have discovered these blogs as the creme de la creme of the Indian blogosphere. Unlike in 2011 when we categorised 100 selected blogs into Platinum, Gold and Excellent ranks, we've put them all - only 50 - in Platinum rank as the blogs in the 2011-12 edition of the Directory itself are among the very best Indian blogs, and these Platinum ranks have been taken from this Directory.
Though we have tried our best to select the best-among-the-best blogs for the Platinum rank and to be as fair as possible, we request you to receive these rankings with the disclaimer at the end of the present post. ReplyDeleteSome of these blogs are by well-known persons from different fields -- professionals if I might use the term.
I wonder if those individuals are entirely responsible for everything related to these blogs or if they use help in which case these become more like web sites rather than personal blogs.
I would have thought only personal blogs should qualify.
How come M. J. Akbar's blog is not here or Akhond of Swat by Nilanjana Roy or Whatay.com by Sidin Vadukut.
I am sure you must have applied your stated criteria in a manner which is lost to me.
I don't think that these blogs would even bother to put your Platinum blog badge on their blogs.
